Through strategic analysis, Significance consultants guide and direct companies to maximize opportunities and reach goals. As strategists, we consult with our clients to increase growth, and manage risks. Our diverse portfolio includes: non profit and for profit companies, educators, executives, and entrepreneurs.

Program Design

Significance helps organizations create programs that reach targeted markets. Our consultants work with companies to identify desired outcomes and create measurable programs to achieve goals. Some of our program design work includes the following: business development, youth development, empowerment programs, academic and corporate mentoring programs, leadership programs, diversity initiatives, urban education initiatives, Best Practice Model for social service agency, pre-collegiate programs for colleges and universities, and an Outreach program for the largest mall in Central Ohio.

Though we help developers write and launch organizations, many of our clients are existing companies. Significance provides a strategic analysis of what’s working and identifies the deficits. From there, we develop programs that fit the needs of our clients and the communities they serve.
